ArcelorMittal has chosen OMP Plus from OM Partners as the platform to run the sales and operations planning process for their business segment Flat Carbon Europe. They will start the project with a pilot for the Business Division North.

OMP Plus offers a platform for integrating planning processes, and provides a proven solution for Sales and Operations Planning. This implementation will help ArcelorMittal to plan locally and to balance demand, production and supply at local, regional as well as at central level. The solution will enhance the collaboration of the planning team and will support global optimization of the European Supply chain.

The OMP Plus implementation aims at, amongst others, manual, rule-based and solver-based planning. It will handle multi sourcing, intercompany flows, capacity management and demand in multiple markets and channels. OMP Plus provides financial consolidation and advanced scenario management to support executive decision making.
